Artist Statement

My name is Angelica Valenciano, and I completed my studies at Pratt Institute. The body of my work represents the fusion of my love for video games and narrative illustrations. I find inspiration in the beauty of the natural and man-made environments that surround me, as well as the music I immerse myself in and the media I engage with. By employing both traditional and digital mediums, I strive to give life to my ideas and present them to the world, with the intention of inspiring and evoking emotions in others. I have a particular fondness for Illustration and Concept Art, with a penchant for gothic and horror genres.
